*There is a $4.00 Activation Fee, paid by the purchaser at the time of purchase. 

**First Horizon will deduct a $5.00 Replacement Card Fee from the available balance to replace a lost or stolen card, and deduct a $3.00 per month Inactivity Fee from the available balance after 12 consecutive months of no use. See Cardholder Agreement for fees and details.
