  • What's happening: As of February 16, 2022, your Bank of America debit card will no longer receive deposits from the Massachusetts DUA. Your Bank of America card account will remain active until June 16, 2022.
  • What you need to do: Prior to June 16, 2022, you may continue to use your card. If your card expires after May 16, 2022 it will not be reissued. To transfer funds to your existing checking or savings account, select the "Transfer funds" option within this site. If there are funds remaining in your card account after June 16, 2022, you will need to contact us at the telephone number on your card for further information on how to obtain the balance.
  • DUA will be providing you with further information on receiving benefits payments following February 16, 2022 through your UI online account and through www.mass.gov/dua.
