Card Replacement $5 A replacement fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your available card balance for mailed cards to replace a card or damaged card. Cards reissued due to expiration are not subject to the card replacement fee.
Instant Issue Replacement - Lost/Stolen $7 A replacement fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your available card balance for instant issue cards to replace a card or damaged card. Cards reissued due to expiration are not subject to the card replacement fee.
Instant Issue Card Replacement $7 A replacement fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your available card balance for instant issue cards to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged card. Cards reissued due to expiration are not subject to the card replacement fee.
Expedited Delivery – Replacement $25 2-day delivery. Applies to deliveries inside and outside the U.S.
