The Bancorp Bank will discontinue all services in connection with ion prepaid debit cards, effective April 1, 2016.

All loads will discontinue effective March 2, 2016.  You have until March 1, 2016 to load funds onto your card by direct deposit ACH or cash at a Moneytree branch.  Loads attempted beginning March 2, 2016 will not be processed. 

Use remaining balances before April 1, 2016.  You have until March 31, 2016 to remove funds from your card and bring your available balance to $0.00.  Funds may be removed for no fee at any Moneytree branch. 
Your account will close effective April 1, 2016.  Beginning on this date, the card will no longer be available for use of any kind.  Any remaining positive balances will be refunded to you in accordance with the terms and conditions of your Cardholder Agreement.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this change may cause.  If you have further questions regarding your ion prepaid debit card, please refer to the number on the back of your Card.

If you received a card in the mail, use this link to activate that Personalized or Companion card. After you activate, you must set a new PIN before you can use your card for PIN transactions.
