What's happening: As of January 31, 2021, the Kentucky Office of Unemployment Insurance stopped depositing funds to Bank of America debit card accounts. Unused funds that are remaining on your card account will be returned by Bank of America to the Kentucky Office of Unemployment Insurance, and that agency will return those funds to you by direct deposit or paper check. The bank has begun the process of sending these funds to the Kentucky Office of Unemployment Insurance and all funds will be returned to that agency by July 2, 2021.
