Please note that Maryland Department of Labor, Division of Unemployment Insurance (MD DOL) has changed its process for distributing your benefits payments.

  • What's happening: Your Bank of America debit card no longer receives deposits from the MD DOL. Your Bank of America card account will remain active until February 1, 2022.
  • What you need to do: Prior to February 1, 2022, you may continue to use your card. If your card expires after January 5, 2022 it will not be reissued. To transfer funds to your existing checking or savings account, select the “Transfer funds” option within this site. If your card has expired or there are funds remaining in your card account after February 1, 2022, you will need to contact us at the telephone number or address on your card for further information on how to obtain the balance.
