After 11/01/2024, you may no longer load funds to the card. (e.g. ACH payroll, benefits or bank transfer, cash loads or remote check deposit)
After 11/15/2024, you may no longer perform spend transactions (ATM or purchases from a store).
After 11/15/2024, you may no longer redeem your ONE VIP Rewards Points.
After 11/29/2024, any remaining funds will be returned to you on a paper check which will be sent to the address in our records.

Should you have any questions regarding the details of the program closing, please call the number on the back of your card, 866.620.1368. If you believe you will have trouble removing all the remaining funds from your card account, please make sure that your address is current in our records.
