Our cardholder service representatives are available by phone Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (CST) and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST).

Automated phone services like resetting your PIN, checking your balance, or transferring funds are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.*

Facebook and Twitter:

SOLE monitors direct messages for general questions to our Facebook and Twitter pages during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST and Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST).

Dispute a Transaction:

In case of errors or questions about your transactions, please call our disputes department at 1-888-895-6016 (select option #4) to be connected with one of our dispute specialists during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST). After hours, you can restrict your card and request a callback, in which you will be contacted by our disputes team the next business day.

If your card has been lost or stolen, we recommend suspending your card immediately using the mobile app or website. Call us at 1-888-895-6016 to report the card lost or stolen and to order a replacement card.
